Refund & Cancellation Policy

1) Strategy Call ($249)

• Refundable if you cancel 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• No‑show or cancellation within 24h → no refund (we can reschedule once at our discretion).
• If we cancel, you may choose a full refund or a new time slot.

2) Audit & 90‑Day Plan ($799)

• Refundable before we start the audit (before access is granted and kickoff confirmed).
• Once work begins or deliverables are sent, fees are non‑refundable.
• If you are unhappy with factual errors, we will correct the report at no extra cost.

3) Monthly Management

• Month‑to‑month unless otherwise agreed; renews automatically.
• Cancel any time with 14‑day written notice before the next billing date.
• Fees already paid for an active month are non‑refundable; we will continue service through the end of the paid period.

4) Chargebacks & disputes

Please contact us first to resolve any issue. Filing a chargeback while Services are in progress may result in suspension until resolved.

5) How to request a refund

1. Email dovzhwonko@gmail.com from the address used for purchase.
2. Include your invoice or payment link, purchase date, and reason.
3. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6) Changes

We may update this policy; the latest version will be posted here with a new effective date.
